Ally Hellenga

Ally Hellenga serves as the Community Manager at Creature Comforts Brewing Co. in Athens, Georgia. In her role, she helps steward the company’s primary community give back initiative: Get Comfortable which is all about meeting our city’s most pressing needs. For the next 5 years, the Get Comfortable campaign is focused on increasing 3rd grade reading proficiency in Athens-Clarke County. Additionally, Ally serves as Creature Comfort’s ‘B Keeper’ or project manager behind their B Corp certification. Ally began this role in January of 2020, after working in higher education for 5 years at Wake Forest University and The University of Georgia.

When she’s not geeking out over B Corps, Ally enjoys cheering on the Georgia Bulldawgs, gardening, and trying to find the best Chai latte in Atlanta.

Ally holds a BA in Journalism from The University of Georgia.
